    Aims & Scope

TR publishes concise toxicity evidence spanning pharmacology, toxicology, and environmental health. We welcome confirmatory studies, negative findings, dose–response data, mechanistic case studies, and FAIR datasets.

    • Drug-induced organ injury (liver, kidney, cardiac, neurotoxicity)
    • Chemical & environmental exposure assessment
    • In vitro & in vivo toxicity models and NAMs
    • Toxicogenomics, proteomics, and high-content imaging
    • Risk characterization, thresholds, and uncertainty

    Editorial Principles

    • Transparent, registered reporting when appropriate
    • Open peer review and data availability statements
    • Rapid, rigorous triage focused on methodological clarity
    • Reproducible materials: code, data, and analysis plans

Article Processing Charges (APCs): waived during launch.
